Group Ceremony: Healing and Spiritual Transformation

 


1. Purpose:


Sacred medicine ceremonie offer a transformative journey into the depths of consciousness, fostering spiritual exploration, healing, personal growth, creativity, and community connection. With caution and guidance, these ceremonies provide a sacred space for individuals to embark on profound experiences that can inspire, heal, and expand their understanding of themselves and the world.



Friday Evening/Saturday Morning:

  1. Arrival:

- Welcoming participants, provides necessary information

​

2. Welcome Session:

- Participants introduce themselves, share their names, share their own experiences, and support each other in their journey in a friendly and open atmosphere.

- A dedicated Q&A session is conducted to address any queries or concerns participants may have.

- Free time for relaxation, self-care, journaling, nature walks, or personal reflection.
 


Saturday Mid-Day:

1. Interviews:
  - Individual interviews with each participant to share experiences, challenges, insights and intentions.

- Free time for relaxation, self-care, journaling, nature walks, or personal reflection.
 


Afternoon:

1. Breathwork, Movement, Meditation:
  - Session of breathwork, movement, and meditation.


2. Integration Time:
  -
Free time for relaxation, personal reflection, discussions to process and integrate the insights gained.
 


Evening:

1. Evening Ceremony:


  - Participants are dressed in white for the ceremony
- Gathering of the Participants in the Sacred Ceremonial Space

- Introduction and Guidance

- Opening Ritual

- Setting Intentions

- Mantras and Chanting

- Sharing of the Sacred Medicine

- Live Music and Healing Sessions

- Closing the Ceremony



Sunday Morning:

1. Integration Circle:


  - Breathwork

- Chanting

- Fruits Breakfast

- Sharing circle

2. Closing Ritual:


  - Closing ritual with prayer and chanting of gratitude.  -
  - Sharing circle to express their final thoughts and feelings.

- Sharing of resources, recommendations, futur events and follow-up
